Your van is very similar to mine other than the badge but it’s great any trafic/vivaro is perfect especially if you keep it stealthy on the outside. Living in my full time I never get any issues. Not too big but not too small, keeps it cosy.

I have owned two vans l used with my courier work one was an old Datsun C20 an absolute pike of junk and a Toyota Lite Ace it was OK l liked them but never camped in them drove them into the ground l had 4 utes and l have hung on to the fourth one although l am retired now its a 1997 Toyota Hilux and it is old and l found a lot about it through you tube and it is described as indestructible and by the looks it is going last longer than me

I knew it was the alternator. When it fails it cuts out systems to save power. The abs being one of the first to go which is what happened to you
What stop’s me buying a cheap
van is the clean air act charge and cannot afford a euro 6 at this moment in time👍
